This policy covers the mobile app Gymiha: Gym Workout Plans (application id com.qamarium.gymlybook, iOS and Android) and the website gymiha.com, published by Qamarium.

The short version: Gymiha has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no trackers. We do not collect, store or sell your personal data. Your plan and your progress live on your device — and nowhere else.

The app

Data we collect: none. Gymiha does not require an account or sign-up, and does not transmit personal data to us or to anyone else. Your selected program, language, completed days and exercise swaps are stored locally on your device using the system's app storage. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Network use. The app works offline for training. A network connection is used only for: fetching fonts from Google Fonts on first launch (a font file, not your data), loading OpenStreetMap tiles and gym photos if you open the Nearby Gyms map, and opening external links you tap (such as this policy). None of these involve us receiving personal information about you.

Permissions. Gymiha does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, health data or precise location.

This website

gymiha.com sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service that collects only aggregate, anonymous metrics (page views, referrer, country, browser type) — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal identifiers, and we cannot identify individual visitors. Beyond that, the only third-party request is to Google Fonts to load the site's typefaces. Your language choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and requested page) to operate the service.

Data sharing & selling

We do not share, sell, rent or trade any user data with third parties — we have no user data to share.

Data deletion

There is no account to delete because none is ever created. All app data (selected program, language, completed days, exercise swaps, body measurements you enter) is stored only on your device: uninstalling the app, or using your device's "clear app data" option, permanently deletes it. Nothing is retained by us.

Children

Gymiha is a general-audience fitness app and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
